What was the highlight of Hotel RD Costa Portals
Lovely Winter break
The rooms were lovely. I had a single room which was quite spacious. Bit mean on the tea and coffee in the room .
The Location. A steep hill up to the main road which my 83 year old father found difficult. We had to get cabs to the restaurants and to take us to the bus stop when we visited Palma.

The location is great and the staff are lovely.
The location is great and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is good quality and a good variety of things are available. The juice drink from the machine however is poor.
The pillow is too hard and the new duvet too warm. Our room 311 was right by the lift so very noisy at night.

What was the highlight of Hotel RD Costa Portals
Very poor hygiene.
Very poor hygiene. Dead cockroach next to the towels. Hair from at least 8 different people on the bathroom floor, door, shower and in the nightstand drawers. Upon request to clean the room properly I was suggest to remove the cockroach myself which refused. Next day the dead cockroach was gone but all the hair was still there. 2 more requests to clean the room where ignored by several unmotivated clerks. Instead bow there where alive cockroaches. I stayed in 3 different hotels in that area at same price range but never experienced such poor hygiene or service. Location of the hotel is logistically rather poor too. Avoid at all cost

Very enjoyable
Bright and fresh decor lots of views
My first room had plaster broken around balcony door it was changed to a sea view room without any fuss very good manager
